These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of elevionstudio.com (the "Site") and any services provided by Elevion Studio ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If a signed proposal or contract conflicts with these Terms, the proposal or contract applies.
1. Our services
We provide website and app design and development, Wix Velo development, brand identity, SEO and content strategy, social media marketing, content creation and management, and AI automation services. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and price for each project are set out in a written proposal or quote.
2. Proposals and acceptance
A project begins once you accept our proposal in writing (including by email) and pay any initial payment it requires. Quotes are valid for the period stated in the proposal.
3. Fees and payment
Fees, payment schedules and accepted payment methods are stated in your proposal. Invoices are due by the date shown on them. We may pause work on overdue accounts until payment is received. Third-party costs such as Wix premium plans, domains, apps, fonts or stock images are your responsibility unless the proposal says otherwise.
4. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide content, feedback, approvals and access (such as logins) on time. Delays in providing these may move the project timeline. You confirm that any content you supply is yours to use and does not infringe anyone else's rights.
5. Revisions and changes
Each proposal includes a set number of revision rounds. Requests outside the agreed scope are treated as change requests and may be quoted separately.
6. Intellectual property
Once you have paid in full, ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for you transfers to you. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, code libraries, templates and know-how, and grant you a license to use them as part of your deliverables. Third-party assets remain subject to their own licenses.
7. Portfolio use
Unless you ask us not to in writing, we may display completed work and your company name in our portfolio, website and marketing materials.
8. Third-party platforms
Many of our projects are built on Wix, Wix Studio and other third-party platforms. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing changes or feature changes made by those platforms.
9. SEO and results
We follow search engine best practices, but search rankings, traffic and AI search visibility depend on factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific rankings or results.
10. Confidentiality
We keep your confidential business information private and use it only to deliver your project. You agree to do the same with any confidential information we share with you.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or data. Our total liability for any project is limited to the fees you paid for that project.
12. Termination
Either party may end a project with written notice. You will pay for work completed up to the termination date, and we will hand over completed deliverables once paid.
13. Use of this Site
Content on this Site is for general information. You may not copy, reproduce or misuse it without our permission, or use the Site in any way that is unlawful or harms its operation.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version. Changes do not affect projects already under a signed proposal.
